For 12 years, Nest Designs has been dedicated to creating calm at bedtime and beyond for your families. From launching in 2013 with 2 products - our Swaddle Blankets and Bubs Baby Washcloths to safe and cozy sleep solutions like our Footed Sleep Bags (Sleep Suits), Nest Designs is incredibly grateful for the parents like you for choosing us to be part of your little one’s bedtime routine. Join us as we look back on 12 years of creating sleep essentials that families like you have loved.

In 2013, our founder, Tammy found out her sister was pregnant. As an aunt-to-be, she wanted to get her sister and her new baby niece a pair of soft pajamas that were soft, timeless, gender-neutral, and made from natural and healthy materials. She couldn’t find it in the market - so Tammy used her creative background to create two products and four prints: Raffe, Elle, Rocker, and Foxes.

In 2016, Nest Designs launched our first Footed Sleep Bags (Sleep Suits), becoming the first pioneers in the market. Since then, our Footed Sleep Bags have been innovated over 11 times. 

In 2017, we moved into our first-ever office space. We also grew our product line to include PJ sets, rompers, and quilted blankets. 

In 2019, Nest Design’s launched our prints inspired by Eric Carle’s stories like The Very Hungry Caterpillar and The Mixed-Up Chameleon. 

In 2022, Nest Designs’ team grew and we moved into a new office space. We also launched our kids’ playwear brand, Petite Revery in the same year. 

In 2023, we launched Pantone collection. The following year, we launched our Nest Bump collection - our new maternity clothing line. This was a big year for us as we announced the opening of our very first Nest Designs x Petite Revery flagship store located in Steveston, BC.

In the past 12 years, Nest Designs’ goal has been to create safe, high-quality, and healthy sleep essentials that transition from baby to big-kid status. As mamas, we know that the smallest details make the biggest impacts - especially when you’re sleepy. We know the importance of helping little ones (and their parents) get the rest they need. 

We create pieces from nature’s softest and most soothing materials like bamboo and GOTS-certified organic cotton. These materials feel good on but are also breathable, moisture-wicking, and gentle on the skin - this helps regulate your little one’s body temperature and keeps them safe while they sleep. 

Little details matter to us like two-way zippers that make diaper changes a breeze, zipper flaps to help protect your little one’s skin, or tagless so they stay comfortable throughout the night. 

Because of families like you, we’ve been able to create sleep essentials that transition from newborn to big-kid status. We’ve also been able to design comfortable basics and PJs for adults so that you and your family enjoy the same softness and quality.
